I took the AI turn as a practitioner: RAG, agents, LLM orchestration, observability, eval. I pick the lever that pays off (delivery acceleration, business automation, UX), I architect it around the client's actual data, and I put it in users' hands.
The foundation stays artisanal — small teams, end-to-end ownership (discovery → prod), careful code that holds up. Language-agnostic: Java by training, Python and TypeScript by pleasure, Kotlin by necessity.
Right now
AI Tech Lead — Agentic decision-support platform (enterprise client)
AI platform at the scale of several thousand business users: LLM agents, GenAI, geospatial data (PostGIS), multi-source ETL, Azure IaC. Full-stack, multi-repo architecture, shipped to production.
Why Skillshape
The I-shape / T-shape divide has become a hiring cliché. I wanted a tool that goes beyond biased self-assessment to measure the *shape* of a profile — depth, breadth, balance — without a final label. Skillshape is a public, anonymous, free experiment. The code is open.
